How does the Bathroom Design service work?
When renovating or building new, it can be difficult to put the right colours, tiles and plumbing fixtures together to achieve your desired outcome. Establishing the correct style within your budget can be a journey where you may need some guidance. After receiving a brief from our clients and viewing their plans or site photos we can ascertain the size of the wet areas and the scope of services required. Bathroom design services can range from $1,500 to $3,500 excluding GST. Robes are priced separately. All projects are assessed on an individual basis.
SERVICE FEATURES
INCLUDING:
- Client meetings 3 x 2 hours
- Wet area cabinetry drawings
- Consultation for function of the spaces to arrive at the best layout & storage concepts
- Discussion for preferred style, fixtures & fittings, bench top profiles & tile selection
- 3D Perspective is optional at $660
- CAD Drawings & appropriate details to 1:20 scale
- Plan views, Elevations, and necessary details
- Electrical notation will be shown including GPO’s and cabinetry lighting.
